Judging from all the reviews, I thought it would be too thin with lots of shedding; but, when I pre-washed it, there was very little lint in the washer & very little in the dryer filter! When I held it up to see if there were any thin spots, I couldn't see through it at all! I did purchase a light color, but I don't know if that had any bearing on the quality. I would definitely buy again.

I was a bit hesitant about having to wash it before 1st use, but no problem....it was easy. I thought that it would be fluffy and lush and it’s really anything but it’s super soft but it’s not fluffy it’s not like luxurious looking it literally just looks like a black Sherpa blanket. it does keep me warm and is a good size, but not what I was expecting. 2 people found this helpful

    4.0 out of 5 stars Not What Expected The media could not be loaded.  I gave it 4 stars because the color was correct and it is very soft (plus 4 stars might better get this read by other consumers), but it deserves only 1 star for the quality. That being said it is NOT a SHERPA like in the description. What I recieved was a soft yet flimsy polar fleece with rolled hem that was textured (faux cable) on one side and fuzzy semi faux fur looking on the other and its a single layer. I could see the light from the window when I held it up that's how cheap and flimsy the quality is and I doubt it would hold up to very many washings. Like I said it is NOT a SHEPRA fleece. I am very disappointed and I would not recommend this product to anyone expecting to get a nice dual side SHERPA polar fleece blanket/throw like it looks in the photos. This was like a bait and switch and it's REALLY NOT worth the $21 I got it for on a "Deal of the Day" price let alone the regular price! Two thumbs down 👎 6 people found this helpful
